In the time of our greatest need
The time of our greatest despair
The time when all hope seemed lost, and God seemed distant
He came to us, with us, Immanuel, becoming one of us God and man together, united as one God not abandoning us, but coming in love to rescue us, Sharing in our humanity, meeting us in our need The hope He brings is real and true
The glory of God has been revealed, for Christ has arrived.
